SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Bolgoda Co. We're committed to 
delivering your order quickly and reliably.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship 
internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders of $50 or more

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after 
payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on supplier 
and product availability. Orders placed on weekends or US public 
holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 4-10 
business days from order date.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 
Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier 
performance, and supplier warehouse location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to 
monitor your delivery status.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately 
from different supplier warehouses. You may receive multiple 
tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different days. 
This will not result in additional shipping charges.

Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Other circumstances outside our control

If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated 
delivery window, please contact us at contact@cascubolgoda.com 
and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please 
contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at 
contact@cascubolgoda.com. Please include your order number 
and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve 
the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses 
provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has 
shipped may not be possible.
